ANNOUNCER:
When you breathe in, air flows into your nose or mouth, through your throat, and down into your lungs.

Inside your lungs, there’s a system of airways that branch into thousands of smaller airways. Let’s take a closer look inside one of these many airways.

In healthy lungs, air flows in and out of the airways without any issue. But if you’re living with COPD or asthma, breathing can be a lot more difficult. That’s because, over time, your airways can become inflamed from COPD or asthma. This inflammation causes the inner walls of the airways to swell and become thicker.

The muscles around the airways also tighten and constrict, further narrowing them.
All of this makes it difficult for air to flow through when you breathe. This is when you might start to experience breathing problems and uncomfortable symptoms like coughing, wheezing, or being out of breath.

And over time, it can really feel like your symptoms are standing in the way of your everyday life. But if you’ve been feeling this way, you can make a change.

Now is the time to take action and ask your doctor about TRELEGY.
