RequiredFull-Time Clinical Faculty - Med/Surg (BSN or MSN Required) Hondros College of NursingDayton, OHHondros College of Nursing is looking for a dynamic BSN or MSN prepared Nurse for a full-time clinical faculty role at our Dayton Campus!Responsibilities
Instruct students in the lab and/or clinical setting
Promote a positive learning environment
Work collaboratively to assure full implementation of the clinical component of the curriculum
Participate as members of the Faculty Organization and Campus Curriculum Committees
Plan the student clinical experience
Orient students to the clinical site as well as to policies and procedures
Supervise the student clinical experience in accordance with OAC 4723-5-20
Evaluate each student’s achievement and progress and provide valuable feedback
Requirements
A Master’s Degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN)
At least three years full-time in the practice of nursing as a Registered Nurse or part-time equivalent
Active, unencumbered licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse
Current American Heart Association compliant Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
