    I was parking inthe area nearby tennis court and overlooked something sign. Iknew it's was not allow topark but Idon't have achoice. Idecide topark onarea for the temporary maybe less 2hours. Icome over tomy neighbor's friend house that heinviteme. Hewarned mesome people's cars were towed and being sent back tothe brauns towing service isa horrible place.

Inotice vehicle was disappeared it's like when someone took away your pizza inthebox. Iwas totally defeat. Iwalking head back tothe home for aone hour. It's wasn't funny!!! I'm seriously!!!!

    Anyone who try parking inthis apartment private property itwill betowed. Don't beend upjust like mewhat I've madeit. They demand meto pay $435with ONLY cash for releasing the vehicle inbraun towing service backyard ina Hayward. That ridiculous!Wow.... this isnot extremely friendly for guest people. Don't parking inguest orneighbor's spot parking that they let you orparking inrandom locations. Management will immediately the towing topeople's vehicle. Manager doesn't care about yourcar.

    They all cares about your money $$$. Inever forget this one very very bad and unfriendly apartment place. Iwon't gothere ever again!!!!!!!!! Thank for NOTHING!

      Around our community, you’ll find posted signs letting visitors know they are parking onprivate property, and werequire all guests todisplay atemporary permit intheir car while parked inour parking areas. While this isfairly standard protocol for anapartment community asan added safety precaution and toensure wehave spaces available for our residents, weunderstand it’s inconvenient and frustrating tohave your car towed.

      Visited afriend that lives here for 4hours for abirthday party. Parked inguest parking and mycar got towed. Apparently changed the policy where you have tohave a“guest” permit topark inthe guest spots.... Myfriends were never supplied with this sonow I'm out $435because itwas towed. Gurantee the apartment complex will not car nor will offer topay the money back. It's just ridiculous that myfriend lives here and she's got toworry about things like this happening toher friends.

          The infrastructure ofthe apartment where wewe lived was very old especially when compared tothe rent. Every Monday morning the maintenance team would start their loud blowers topile upthe dried leaves, which normally would have been fine but with remote work situation itwas becoming very difficult toget proper sleep orconduct meetings. All myrequests toshift the timings were simply ignored.

          The most disheartening experience though was the move out expenses, where Iwas charged terribl

          y for complete carpet replacement, paints and even trash removal. Ihave paid some charges inthe past atother properties too but the way this management made mepay for everything was really surprising.

          I tried toreason with the management team but they simply were not willing toentertain any requests and were very uncooperative. They even made mistakes bybilling the utility twice.

          The property has abig advantage inthe form ofvicinity tothe CSU East Bay College.

While weunderstand current conditions due tothe pandemic have caused more residents tobe home during theday, maintaining our community has remained apriority. Asa result, wewere unable tosuspend our weekly landscaping.

            Residents are not charged for normal wear and tear items, such ascarpet cleaning, but due toexcessive damage toyour carpet, areplacement outside

            of the normal scope was required. Asyou may have seen noted onyour statement, weonly charged aprorated portion ofthe replacement based onthe life ofyour carpet. Additionally, anytime trash removal isrequired, the fee from our vendor ispassed along tothe resident.               These parking for guess ishorrible. Icame tovisit mybrother and there was noguess parking and then mybrother asked his neighbor ifwe can park inhis spot since hewas going tobe gone for most oftheday. SoI parked there with the neighbors permission. Then in10minutes mycar was towed. Ican’t wait for mybrother tomove from this place when his contract isover. Management should bespending more money for security Instead oftow trucks. Customer and management ishorrible they onlycare about your money but treat there tenants like garbage. These apartments there isalso vandalism and break into people’s car but ofcourse management doesn’t donothing about. IfI could give 0zeros tocity view apartments Iwould.– show

                    The staff isreally nice but the management responds too late. Wewanted totransfer toa cheaper apartment due toCovid and they did not respond for 3months and kept charging usfull rent. Atlast, wewanted acheaper apartment and now weare liable topay the whole rent asthey will not respond ortake ownership for their actions.

                        This apartments ithas anice view but it’s dangerous atthe same time. Ihad myfriends last Friday parked onthe street and got their windows broken and stool everything inside, itwas more than 6cars that got stolen and it’s not the first time. And mysister has the same situation today. Myappointment has 2rooms and weshould have 2officials parking, they gave meonly one parking and 2gusts but the 2gusts parking always full and Ihave never used them. And they’re supposed toput cameras ifthey care about their residence.
                        So Idon’t recommend this apartments ifyou have more than onecar. Besides you’re going topay for trash and water.

                                    I felt this was not apositive experience. Ibelieve Iexperienced bad customer service, from the leasing agent who spoke tome. Myinterpretation from this experience isthat the leasing agent assumed that Iwas uneducated, and less deserving ofreceiving proper guidance during the touring and application process. Myhope isby providing this feedback, this leasing agent and other leasing agents, ingeneral, will strive toimprove their level ofservice.

                                        UPDATE: figured I'd update the review after they responded tomine about how serious they take noise complaints. Icalled security at12:55am about anoise complaint, started astopwatch and waited. 25min after security said they will send someone, Iwent upsolved the problem myself. For acomplex that takes noise complaints soseriously they sure take along time todo anything about them. It's frankly laughable how poorly this place ismanaged and how dishonestly they represent themselves.

                                        PDATE2: Assoon asmy lease ended Igot out ofdodge. Completed the inspection with maintenance onthe final day Ihad keys, where they highlighted afew small issues that would bededucted from mydeposit, sofar everything iswhat Iexpected; and Ireturned mykeys. OVER AMONTH LATER Iget abill via email saying Iowe abunch ofmoney with noexplanation. When Iemail the office, the sender ofthe email asking for some explanation, Iget noreply. Icall the office, and the sender ofthe email, noreply. Iguess this isthe service you should expect onmoveout, headsup.

                                        Tldr don't get fooled into renting here.

                                        The walls are very thin you will hear everything from the unit nextto, above and below yours. The units themselves also seem toshare vents orsomething because while Idon't smoke, someone else nearby does and myunit often smells like weed.

                                        Security doesn't answer the phone; orcall you back when you leave amessage. You will however find them sitting ina car somewhere onsite doing nothing. This could bean issue ifyou depended onthem.

                                        When you dotalk tomanagement they have atendency tosound condescending. They own abunch ofproperties all over the place soyour basically renting from the Walmart oflandlords. Now afew ofthe people inthe office are fine, but enough ofthem are bad that you are going tohave abad experience even ifyou almost never talk tothem.

                                        One funny story, Iam able toactivate the Alexa inthe unit next tomine. I've set all kinds ofalarms inboth units atthe same time without knowingit.

                                        So inreview, ifyou value you're sleep, your security, orbeing respected you really are better off spending your rent money somewhere else.

                                          I was looking toview aapartment that Ihad seen oncraigslist for a2bd, soI decided todo awalk-in onmy dayoff. Upon myarrival Iwas greeted right away from agirl nameMia. The office was very clean and organized. Iteven smelled good! Mia was sokind and extremely professional. Unfortunately the unit that Iwas interested inhad been rented, but Mia said that she could show mea sample unit similar toanother 2bd that was coming upat the end ofthe month. Mia went step bystep with explaining the details inthe unit. Ididn't feel rushed orintimidated. Mia has abeautiful presence/energy that makes acustomer feel welcomed.
